I do not mind working in this type of environment my only issue is with all the stress from gloablsan computer screen and having to wear glasses creates a constant migraine for me.

Most call centers in the area have a high starting pay than my 9 month pay is. Management avoided escalation calls like the plague and refused to help, the gpobalsan were all right, and the hardest part of the job was just to keep it together. Nice place to work.

Verizon customers are very very rude and it's very hard to get floor support if you have any questions! Very stressful work environment, very disorganized.
